Program Overview

Born to Lead is our online summer program where children stop memorizing and start doing — leading real projects, making their own decisions, and learning just how capable they are.

It's a continuation of everything we teach at The Little Leaders. If your child joined us before, this builds on what they started. If they're brand new, they'll fit right in — no prior experience needed.

What Your Child Will Gain

  • Real confidence — the kind that comes from responsibility, not praise
  • An entrepreneurial mindset: spotting opportunities and taking initiative
  • Communication and public-speaking skills — daring to use their voice
  • Resilience — learning that failure is part of trying, not the end of it
  • Teamwork and leadership — leading with others, not over them

How It Works

Born to Lead runs online over 15 live sessions, twice a week (Tuesdays & Thursdays), about an hour each. Every session is hands-on — real activities and challenges, never lectures — and it's split into three blocs: discovering entrepreneurship, building the mindset, and leadership & communication.

    Leading Together
